Nice hidden gem. Nothing fancy but good food. I ordered wings and fried okra. The okra would have been better if it were seasoned. The lady was very cool and personable.
A big five stars for this take out diner. I got the 3-piece catfish dinner for 13.99, which my wife and I shared for lunch. The dinner was cooked to order, piping hot, and fried to perfection - crunchy & crispy on the outside, moist and flaky on the inside, and flavorful all around. I will be back.
My son is so picky. He got mac n cheese and 2 fried chicken legs. He said the food is great and he ate it, he’s very very picky. I got the loaded chicken Jo Jo’s. I could only eat half. I’m really into loaded fries as they seem to be popular now. I took them home and added chopped jalapenos, green onions and Polynesian sauce (I need spice). However if you aren’t into spicy food these loaded taste amazing as is. Excellent customer service (cashier). Can’t wait to try a sandwich
Tried this place for the first time on New Year's Day. The customer service was great (very nice owner and employees) and the food is excellent! Ordered again today and they did not disappoint! Best chicken fingers we've ever had and they are huge! Corned beef is lean and very tasty as well! Great sides and hushpuppies too. I highly recommend!
First time here at soft opening. Got the 8 piece and 3 dark with joe joes. The customer service from Brenda was fantastic. She made sure my order was spot on and asked if I needed anything else. Took the chicken home yuummm, WOW !
Love this place! It's great to have a local place to go to for an amazing fried chicken. Their sandwiches/burgers are also good, have had their corned beef and burgers, and cannot forget about the jojoes! Thank you for always being so friendly and accommodating! Absolutely amazing Ruben, catfish and chicken. Seriously I've never had such good food in a long ass time. Chicken was so moist and the skin was crispy and tasty. Ruben was made perfectly with soft rye, cheese and mustard. Fried catfish was phenomenal with the tarter sauce and my girlfriend loved it with hot sauce. So worth the stop in!
Our first time trying Uncle Abe’s. Not at all disappointed. Our chicken tenders were fresh; corned beef was delicious....best I’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to try the catfish on our next visit. The customer service was friendly and efficient. Great experience!!
